Instructions for using stainless steel kitchenware
2024/09/07

1、 Salt, soy sauce, vinegar, vegetable soup, etc. should not be stored for a long time because these foods contain many electrolytes. If stored for a long time, stainless steel will react electrochemically with these electrolytes, causing toxic metal elements to dissolve.

2、 Never use stainless steel pots to boil traditional Chinese medicine, as it contains various alkaloids, organic acids, and other components. Especially under heating conditions, it is difficult to avoid chemical reactions with them.

3、 Do not use strong alkaline or highly oxidizing chemicals such as baking soda, bleach, sodium hypochlorite, etc. for washing. Because these substances are strong electrolytes, they will also undergo electrochemical reactions with stainless steel.
